Privacy and confidentiality of participant records/information is strictly maintained by Ages and Stages®, LLC. Participant records/information will be released only to the participant and not third parties with the exception of the ASHA Continuing Education Board, the AOTA Continuing Education Board, or others as requested by the participant. Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit decision is not used for any other purpose by our financial services providers or Ages and Stages, LLC and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services.
